I ordered space at a couple of venues, checked cancellation terms via email, proceeded to cancel and now they are sending me letters from debt collectors while ignoring my emails which clearly confirm the terms I agreed to.
Very unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the schools who deal with them. I will be writing to the schools concerned telling them of my experience.
