The staff were all very friendly and efficient and were true to their word to match competition prices when backed with an email.
The facility was spotless the security , lift's and transportation equipment were all impressive.
So, from initial arrival and booking in up to leaving after securing my items the experience was extremely positive and I think the staff deserve a lot of credit for the personal touch and professionalism they demonstrate when dealing with the customer. ..sometimes it's the small things that mean a lot.
