As it turned out I couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Ryan. From the outset he was polite friendly and helpful and that has never changed all the way through the job. Planning permission and building control approval have been successful beyond my expectations despite having some unique features in our project. Ryan is always responsive, met all the timescales we agreed and completed everything at the agreed cost.
Long after I have paid Ryan he remains in contact and offers help and support as we step into the unknown.
As we near the end of our build (March 2017) Ryan continues to offer support and advice as questions arise and options present themselves.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan to customers who want a high quality job completed at a reasonable price.
