When I highlighted that he had not done what I'd asked he was incredibly rude & told me that he didn't have a pair of ladders & it would have cost £250 for what I wanted. I find that very hard to believe especially when PH Roofing came out to fix the botched job & did what I wanted & fitted bird prevention spikes for just £50!!! Avoid this chancer like the plague! How is removing bird nests with a pole for bitds to just rebuild the nests classed as "pest control"?! Save yourself money, disappointment, being insulted & go elsewhere!!!
