Excruciating pain which lasted for days at a time, week in week out. 1 day out of 7 would be migraine free if I was lucky. Absolute nightmare and completely debilitating. Sought all sorts of treatment; conventional, homeopathic, acupuncture etc, nothing helped.
Started intense cupping therapy treatment in 2015 with Dr Naeem. Once a month on sunnah days for approx 5 months. Very professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Helped to allay some fears and dispel myths and misconceptions surrounding the practice. He took time to explain the wisdom behind the sunnah and what the process would be. Asked questions about pre existing med conditions, BP, diet etc. The treatment itself isn't painful but it is intense. However, by my 3rd appointment i was pretty relaxed and now it's almost therapeutic. Water and date fruit provided at the end.
Well it's been over 2 years now and I'm migraine free, AH! Still get a headache now and again but nothing like before and nowhere near as frequent. Revisited recently to keep on top of it.
Thoroughly recommended.
