Well what can I say ordered online 19.00 and machine not only at my door at 09.00am but located neatly in my cellar without having to ask for this. I cannot remember when we last received such excellent service along the whole supply chain. First class all round, you have just made our day from which many more people will today benefit from my being in such a good mood :) Well done everyone involved we will be back for sure.

Now it is sitting in our dining room for 5 days whilst waiting for a replacement item.
Customer service did not care, I guess this also means AO don't care either.
It's always the way with these very large companies, everything is set up to take your money very quickly, but if your unfortunate enough to have a problem, it takes so much effort to resolve. - H M Review added: 2018.04.07★ ★ ★ ★ ★Had a problem with my order so called up customer service and was put through to Majid who was very helpful to solve the problem. A wrong item was delivered and he made sure that the right product was delivered the next day. Really helpful, will recommend to others.
