  One star 'cos you can't give none!
  Bought plastic cover for seat belt receiver/anchor yesterday, £5.....no big deal. Got home and the said part didn't fit. Rang today and told to go back to the yard as they should have one that does fit, and that I cannot get my money back. It has to be a cover note. Battled heavy traffic to go back, only to be told they don't have the one that fits, and they didn't even have to go look to find out. Cover note handed to me, but no apology for wasting my time or for costing me petrol. I hope they find a lot to do with the fiver they charged me for wasting my time. GIVE THEM A MISS.

  I would give them no stars if I could
  I rang and asked for a gearbox for a citreon dispatch they said yes they have one. I had given them the gearbox number and I traveled 48 miles there from Blackpool and when I arrived they took a bit of time but eventually turned up with one. I asked them this is defiantly the right one and they said without a doubt. I got it back and it looked slightly different so I rang them and they told me to take pics of my old one so I did but got no response then rang and they told me to do the same thing but still no response. I have since found out they sold me a 6 speed box and not a 5 speed so I now have to buy the gear selector that will match ( more money ) this has cost me dearly in time and a lot of money. I would never ever use them again and I would advise you to do the same.
